Solicitations

To provide our potential partners with the best methods for accessing VHDA business opportunities, we solicit bids and proposals through formal processes know as Request for Proposal (RFP), Best Value Acquisition (BVA), and Invitation for Bid (IFB).

VHDA advertises with Virginia Business Opportunities and solicitation documents may be accessed through the Electronic Virginia (eVA) website, then click on “Solicitations & Awards (VBO)” section. When applicable, solicitations are also advertised in the classified section of the Richmond Times-Dispatch newspaper and, at times, in various other newspapers around the state.
