2009 Utility Allowance Schedules

VHDA creates Utility Allowance Schedules for all of the 37 agencies that administer the voucher program on behalf of VHDA. The schedules are divided into five regions of the state, with each agency is listed in a specific region. The utility schedules are estimated average costs of the utility providers for that region of Virginia.

Please note: The utility schedules listed below are created specifically for the VHDA agency and the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Should other housing agencies or housing entities elect to use the schedules as a reference, you do so at your own risk. VHDA cannot guarantee that the data we collect and the methodology we follow is appropriate for your program or needs.

Region 1: Northern Virginia
